- Data entry, and record-keeping
- Administrative Assistance: providing support to managers and executives, preparing quotations, LPO’s
- Communication: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Scheduling: coordinating appointments and meetings, managing calendars
- Customer Service: responding to inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service to clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
