Our Customer is hiring an organized and proactive Secretary to join our team at VTX Concierge Portal L.L.C. in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist management, and ensure smooth office operations.

SKILLS:

  • Data entry, and record-keeping
  • Administrative Assistance: providing support to managers and executives, preparing quotations, LPO’s
  • Communication: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Scheduling: coordinating appointments and meetings, managing calendars
  • Customer Service: responding to inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service to clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Social media management
